Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt at launch event of Times of India’s Noida edition

Humpty Sharma’s story started from Delhi, and after nationwide promotions, Humpty aka Varun Dhawan, along with his dulhania Alia Bhatt and stud/pet peeve Siddharth Shukla, returned to the capital to promote their film, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, in full desi style. But it wasn’t Delhi where they saw the most excited fans and the largest crowd – it was Noida where they promoted the film, thanks to Noida Times, as part of the launch celebrations of the Times of India’s Noida edition.The students of Amity University were the lucky ones who got a chance to dance and rap along to the film’s hit number Saturday Saturday along with the actors.
Varun announced that his cousin Sahil was a student at the college and had prepared him for the Alia-crazy crowd here. No wonder Alia’s fans drowned Varun out as they chanted her name, making Alia blush and smile. In fact, the crowd didn’t stop screaming throughout the event!
Varun and Siddharth’s bromance Varun and Alia gave the crowd a performance they’ll never forget when they danced to Samjhawan. And to make sure their videshi hero didn’t feel left out, Varun jumped into Siddharth’s arms and leaned all the way back, making a display of Sid’s muscle power! This unique bromance gave the shutterbugs a lot to click, and to the girls in the crowd, enough eye candy to drool on.
The three of them danced to Saturday Saturday in the end and rapped the entire portion of the song.
